Common questions
I subscribed but VIP is still locked.
Open the VIP screen in the app and tap Restore purchases at the bottom, signed in with the same Google account you used to pay. If it still doesn't unlock, message us with your order number (it starts with GPA.).
How does the free trial work?
Plans with a trial are free for the trial period. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. Each Google account can use a trial once.
When are new analyses published?
Every morning (Istanbul time) for today and the next three days. Results are settled automatically when matches finish.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can request one from your Google Play order history.
